Motorized Screens:
We have several options for mounting the units for homeowners. Motorized screens are a perfect compliment to covered patios, pergolas and garages. They offer a bug-free environment in your outdoor living space, can reduce the heat in covered spaces, and can be built to include solar fabrics for privacy and sun exposure.
These are a great addition to any Remodel and in new construction, they can be installed as ‘recessed’, giving the look of built in on a retrofit or actually built in to the wall and ceiling components when doing new construction.
Our motorized screens retract using a remote control. These power screens are perfect for patios, garage doors, lanais, covered pergolas and verandas. Some sliding doors and balconies are candidates as well.
Unlike conventional patio, window or door screens, our screens are retractable. Each screen retracts into a sleek housing unit, disappearing from view with a one touch remote. In the up position, they are protected from damage often sustained during storms or hurricanes. Each screen is custom fitted and installed for your individual project.
Our screens are powder coated to withstand the toughest elements and come in 5 standard colors. Custom powder coat colors are also available on request. Our screens provide heat reduction (in our Solar Fabrics), eliminate pests and bugs to provide for the“MOST Livable Outdoor Living” in our bug screen options. They allow for a great breeze on Florida’s treasured cool days.
Our screen fabrics come in a range of colors and density. They are tear resistant, puncture resistant, mildew resistant, and non-flammable. The fabrics we use will outlast traditional fiberglass screen material, and we back it with a Ten Year Limited Warranty for Defects. Motors carry a 5 year Manufacturers guarantee.
Other uses:
Farm related enclosures: Horse Barns – Feed Silos and more. Commercial Bay doors can be screened for air-flow or solar applications. Each screen is customized to suit your individual screening and installation needs. We can even install on the inside of your home.
Awnings
We offer a full line of retractable Awnings featuring Sunbrella® Fabrics.
Awnings are available in open frame to semi and a full cassette when motorized. Awnings feature a motion sensor which auto retracts in wind and weather to prevent damage. Some models offer a secondary drop down shade to block direct light below traditional awning coverage areas.

Decorative Shutters and Bahamas
We can build and powder coat custom size decorative panels Bahamas Shutters and Colonial style shutters. Bahama shutters add beauty and shade to your home’s windows. Colonial shutters add interest to your home’s appearance.
Our exterior aluminum Colonial-style and Bahama shutters are virtually maintenance-free, constructed from aluminum and made to last.
